The Video Scrambler Model #VITR is a compact, easy to use electronic device. It will create or restore scrambled video automatically. When two video scramblers are used together as a system, one on camera/VCR (or whatever signal is being sent) and another unit on receiver, it will create the perfect match for a low cost, easy to use high performance encode/decode system. Because the Video Scrambler operates on a standard 9 volt battery or an optional A/C power supply, it makes the perfect portable encryption system!
